What AI may do
Depending on the product, AI may converse, transcribe, summarize, classify, extract, recommend, schedule, route or organize information.
What AI does not replace
Elza does not replace attorneys, clinicians, accountants or other licensed professionals. Legal, medical, financial, employment and material business decisions remain with qualified humans.
Accuracy and review
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Appropriate human review, access controls, source validation and operational monitoring are required.
Disclosure in deployed products
Customer-facing deployments should disclose AI interaction when required by law or appropriate to context. Voice, messaging, recording and outreach rules vary by jurisdiction.
Data responsibility
Customers remain responsible for having a lawful basis to provide data and for configuring retention, consent and access policies appropriate to their operation.
