AI chat and voice
Chat messages and reactions are stored to maintain the conversation and improve the experience. If you choose to record a voice note, the audio is sent to a speech-processing provider for transcription; assistant text may also be sent to a voice provider to generate spoken playback. Do not share confidential or sensitive information in chat or audio.
How we use information
We use submitted information to evaluate requests, respond to inquiries, operate the website, prevent abuse and improve our services.
Project submissions
Do not submit confidential client information, protected health information, passwords or sensitive personal data. A project submission does not create confidentiality by itself.
